房間酒店吹風機是掛壁的，拿起來吹不夠三秒就壞掉，打電話給前台說卻被要求自己親自到13樓拿吹風機，我真的傻眼，我自己一女生凌晨12點多穿著睡衣頭髮濕漉漉你還要我坐電梯上來拿吹風機這是正常的嗎？最後叫他拿過來放我門口🙄

因為位置極方便，已經是第3,4次入住但一次比一次差，但今次之後肯定沒有下次。10樓有窗市景雙人房，房間尚可擺下2隻喼，但設備殘舊，插頭不足，而且位置極奇怪，其中一個插頭，竟然在枕頭後面？？浴室洗手盆沒空間放放物品，全間浴室，完全沒有一個掛鉤掛毛巾衣服 ,前枱人員話冇掛鉤是正常的 ,還跟我示範從毛巾架上的毛巾連同一卷廁紙 ,拿在手上，叫我們放出房間外可以喇 .一時忘記將他手那毛巾的示範照片拍下給你們開開眼界 . 但最精彩是當你入浴室把浴屏閉上準沖涼時，浴屏竟然是下半身完全脫落極其危險看附圖。前枱人員見這情況，只好明天跟我地換房。講到早餐是十分簡單嘅所謂自助餐 ,根本可食可唔食，去到唔會提唔起興趣。總括來說 ,酒店設備殘舊，早餐可以不食 ,前枱服務人員態度，男嘅老油條方式，女嘅木口木面 **原本有浴屏搖擺不定的視頻 ,但放不上這裡給你們看可惜 ,只有圖片。

The location is nice, with XiMenDing across the street. There is a bit walk to the MRT station, but it is acceptable. The hotel hallway seems a bit old, but the room is clean enough, and the restroom is big enough. However, the restroom bathtub sucks, the shower curtain is not able to block the water, and it will cause the floor to flood. The breakfast has many selections, which is good, but they are not really delicious. My favorite part of the hotel is that they provide a weighing scale for luggage on the 13th-floor check-in lobby. This is very convenient for tourists who have a lot of luggage.

酒店位置方便，鄰近西門町，亦可以步行到台北車站。今次入住的房間雖然沒有窗，但都簡單舒適，基本設備齊全，整體都不錯。

Room was of decent size, beds were great and the toilet was very spacious. Toilet provided hair and body wash and towels but no disposable toiletries. There was also a smart toilet! Location was great, just opposite the heart of Ximending and 1min walk to the bus stop with many busses. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here! Very convenient like being close to the famous hello kitty 7-eleven store and of course, Ximending night market. An elevator is also beside the hotel with easy access to the MRT. Would definitely recommend this to our family and friends ;)

酒店位置近西門站，地面有7-11，房間裝修不太新，但乾淨。工作人員態度很好，主動提供幫助。自助早餐選擇很多，中西式都齊備。

Room was spacious enough for 4people. If you like good view from the windows, don’t get this type of room. But since we always close the curtains it’s alright. Bathroom: water often leaks out of shower since no partition Amenities: basic only(shampoo, body wash, and hand wash, disposable slippers). Other amenities you have to buy your own now Staff: 3.5/5 some staff are very accommodating. Lobby staff were nice, staff from breakfast room also nice. Housekeeping staff are often rude when talked to. My sister and aunt staying in another room had a bad experience with a staff rudely talking about them in mandarin thinking they do not understand his language. Location: walking distance to ximending night market. 7eleven just outside. Near train station too

每次來台北都是住這間酒店，今次的體驗一般，前台自助機上面寫著這個平台訂的房間請往前台處理，但到前台工作人員又堅持讓我用自助機，感覺像在責怪我讓他幹活，跟以往來台灣的體驗完全不一樣，以前住的都是大床房，今次住的雙床隔音較差，洗漱盆幾乎沒有冷水，廁所燈亮度不足，水渠每天早上都會有大水聲流一分鐘左右，就像樓上或旁邊有人放走浴缸水，早上半夢半醒之間嚇我一跳，房間有不能熄滅的地燈，有點難入睡，馬桶是免治馬桶，浴室的洗浴用品只有一支三合一的，牙刷需要自備，別的酒店都可以去前台領取一份，沒有免費的自助洗衣機，位置還可以，西門地鐵站5號出口，出電梯就是酒店樓下，前台在樓上十三樓，是跟別的酒店共用一棟大樓，房間冷氣夠冷，也夠乾淨
